How to installInstall and activation

All three products install the same way. It takes a few minutes.

01Download

1. Download the ZIP from the email Polar sends after purchase, or from your Polar customer page. There is a Japanese build and an English build; take the one you want.
2. Double-click the ZIP to unpack it.

02Install (Mac)

1. In the unpacked folder, double-click 1 - Install on Mac.command (① Macにインストール.command in the Japanese build).
2. If macOS says it cannot verify the developer, open System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down, click "Open Anyway", then double-click the installer again.
3. When it reports that it finished, restart Illustrator.

03Open the panel

1. In Illustrator, go to Window > Extensions and pick the product. Some versions call it "Extensions (Legacy)".

04Enter your license key

1. The panel opens with a license key field. Paste the key from your email and activate.
2. Only the first activation needs an internet connection.
3. If you cannot find your key, it is on your Polar customer page.

Supported: Adobe Illustrator 26.0 to 30.9 on macOS. SECTION Pro includes a Windows installer, but the panel has not been tested on Windows.
